We also stopped at Bent's Old Fort. Which is a
working Fort, but not to many people were working
the day we were there.

The trading post

The kitchen.

The carpenter shop.

A peacock that was brought in for it's beauty.

A room that the furs were kept.

A woman chopping wood out in the middle of
the fort.

Pictures from inside the Fort.

Buffalo skin hung out to dry.

Mary, John, and John walking around to back
of Fort.

Me standing beside an old wagon built in the 1830's,
it is a Conestoga Wagon. This is a place that John
and his father really like to go through.

I think I have been to that place or at least one like it when we were little. I remember it being fun. I am sure you were thrilled with it though. Love ya tara
